EXILIS ULTRA

Exilis Ultra is the new innovative system that combines radio frequency (RF) and ultrasound energy for body contouring and skin tightening. The combined technologies help reach the therapeutic treatment temperature for more visible results in faster amount of time. Common areas for this treatment are the face, neck/décolletage, abdomen, and legs. A series of 3-6 sessions, scheduled 1-3 weeks apart are recommended depending on the patient and area to be treated.

What to Expect

• The treatment takes approximately one hour per region.
• The only preparation needed for treatment is for patient to drink water and stay hydrated in order to achieve maximum results.
• Prior to treatment the practitioner will lubricate the treatment area with a gel or oil conductor.
• Then practitioner will then guide the hand-piece over the treatment area in circular motions while monitoring and adjusting temperature to patient’s comfort.
• During the treatment patients may feel a brief sensation of heat but the practitioner will adjust the heat intensity levels to maintain the patient’s comfort.
• Recovery time is minimal with some patients noticing smoother and tighter results as soon as after their second treatment and continue up to six months after their last. Although rare, minor swelling or redness can occur but usually resolves after 24 hours.

Results

Exilis results can be noticeable after patient’s second treatment and can improve for up to six months after treatments. Patients are also able to return to regular daily activities immediately post treatment.
